Requirements
The e-store requires a browser that can handle javascript (javascript enabled) and the use of cookies. If you have problems placing your order, please contact theBricsys Customer Service.
Order
How can I order?Please be sure to carefully fill out all personal information fields in the order form. It is especially important to enter the correct e-mail address because all important information regarding your order, your receipt, and generally the product you ordered itself, will be sent to this e-mail address.
Can I enter different addresses for billing and delivery?Your address will be used as the billing address but you can specify a different address for delivery. The delivery address will be used for physical deliveries only. All notifications regarding your order and payment will be e-mailed to the billing address.
What will happen after I place my order online?You will receive an order confirmation immediately after you placed your order.
If you do not receive an order confirmation after you placed your order, please contact theBricsys Customer Service.
What will happen after I place my order via the Bricsys Customer Service (volume, network, or academic licences only)?You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail as soon as your order has been entered into our system. This e-mail will contain a link to the Bricsys website where you can get your invoice and pay it.
If you do not receive an order confirmation after you placed your order, please contact the Bricsys Customer Service.
I received a referrer code. How can I use it?If you received a referrer code, you can obtain a discount on a future purchase. When ordering online, enter your referrer code at the end of the "Personal information" page. If your referrer code is valid, the referrer discount will be immediately applied on your order.
Referrer codes are valid for full Bricscad versions only (not on volume, network, academic or upgrade licences ; not on support or books), for a limited time and in specific countries.
Payment
Who processes my payment?Your payment is handled and secured by RBS WorldPay. RBS WorldPay is the leading provider of complex electronic payment services and is part of The Royal Bank of Scotland Group.
What currencies are accepted?The following billing currencies are available: Euro, US Dollar, British Pound, Polish Zloty, Japanese Yen and Indian Rupee are accepted.
The default currency (US Dollar) is applied to all countries where the currencies above are not used.
What payment options are available?Credit cards American Express, Diners Club, JCB, MasterCard, Visa, and Visa Electron are accepted, as well as UK debit cards Maestro and Solo. Bank transfer is also accepted.
Payment by credit or debit card provides the fastest order processing. Please enter the credit card owner's first and last name exactly as shown on the credit card. This will ensure that your payment is processed without delay.
How can I get my invoice?The e-mail you receive from the Bricsys Customer Service contains a link to your invoice on the Bricsys website. Just log on to the secure "My Stuff" area to get an overview of your invoices and payments. You can view, download and print your invoices at any time.
Why is my payment refused?Your payment can be refused for several reasons (protection against the illegal use of credit card data, incorrect informations, technical problems during the transmission, lack of feedback from a third party, such as your bank, ...
In all cases, you will be notified by RBS WorldPay about your order and payment status via e-mail. After your payment is refused you cannot download your invoice or re-order the same upgrade. In these cases please contact us.
Delivery
When will I receive my product?Product delivery depends on the payment type you selected and who is delivering your order:
If you have paid by credit card/debit card, you will receive the product within the 2 business days of your order confirmation.
If you selected another payment type, your product will be delivered as soon as we have received your payment. You will receive an e-mail notification when we receive your payment.
For physical deliveries, shipping can take approximately 10-15 business days within Europe, the United States, and Canada. For other countries and regions it can take approximately 15-25 business days.
What exactly will I receive if the product is delivered by e-mail?Typically, you will receive a Delivery Note e-mail including the license key and the download link for the product you purchased.
Downloads
How do I download a product?The latest Bricscad releases are downloadable from the Bricsys website at any time. Regarding the third-party products please look at product description on the Bricsys website to get more information about the download.
"My stuff"
What data can I find in My Stuff?The My Stuff area is a protected area of the Bricsys website. here you can find information such as your personal details, licenses, support contracts, orders and invoices.
Here you can edit your details, change your password, get a full overview of your licenses, view your orders, or download and pay your invoices.
Your access to the My Stuff area requires a username and password.
How can I get my username and password?If you are already registred at Bricsys and you forgot your username and password, you can get them from here.

Who should I contact with questions or problems about the e-store?
For any type of question or problem with our e-store (order, payment, download, delivery), please contact the Bricsys Customer Service. We will answer as quickly as possible.
For a quick answer, please send your e-mail in English, French or Dutch. Other languages supported by the Bricsys website (Chinese, Czech, German, Japanese, Italian, Spanish, Polish, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish, ...) can be used also.
Data protection
How secure is the order process?
The Bricsys e-store and RBS WorldPay are protected via a secure connection. Important information such as credit card numbers, addresses, etc. is sent to the recipient securely via the Internet (data encryption).
All of the data entered on the protected pages is encrypted using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. SSL is activated if the URL displayed in the address bar begins with https:// (with an s for secured) and if you see a closed padlock in your browser.
In accordance with our Privacy Policy, we can forward your personal data to our partners and to the RBS WorldPay company which is directly involved in the order processing.
Your personal data will not be sold, or rented, or transferred in any other way, unless we are obliged by law to forward such data.
