Bricsys Offers Vondle Free to Everyone
Merrimack NH, October 10, 2008 - Bricsys Inc. announces the release of Vondle Trial, a fully SaaS-based project and data management system. By subscribing to Vondle Trial, customers can use all Vondle features free of charge for 30 days.
Vondle is a SaaS (software as a service) system requiring only a compatible browser, user ID and password. It is 100% compatible with most popular browsers, such as, Firefox, Internet Explorer, Opera, and Safari.
Project Administration
Project documents and data are stored on central servers, allowing customers to share documents and data both inside and outside their organization. Vondle administrators have full control over access and action rights through a user-friendly graphical matrix. This allows administrators to fine-tune the access rights of every user and the security of every document.
Vondle has a rich feature set, containing address books, project calendars, project email, unlimited document folders, forums, and more. It has one of the fastest document viewers available: drawings of 40MB are opened in seconds and ready for annotation.
Workflows and Automatic Synchronization
Users can document complex workflows simply by drawing them as charts in the browser. The workflow graphics are coded in the background, and are ready immediately for processing.
A simple click in Vondle Explorer automatically synchronizes off-line files with files on the server, updating all server files and taking care of version numbering.
Jump into Vondle Trial
Users can jump start Vondle Trial thanks to online videos that show them how to start and set up projects, including creating and processing workflows.
After the 30-day trial period, customers pay an annual flat fee -- regardless of the number of projects or users. In this way, Vondle encourages organizations to maximize their use of the software. Pricing is transparent and can be calculated at the Bricsys Web site at any time.
Vondle is used by tens of thousands of users worldwide. It is available in ten languages, including Traditional Chinese. Japanese and Simplified Chinese versions will be released in the fourth quarter of this year.
